Important information on plans, overage, requirements and use:

Overview

· DigitalPhone Basic 200 and Basic 200 VM plan overage is billed at 6 cents per minute for long distance calling.

· Rates quoted do not include taxes, and are for residential usage only.  Rates & terms subject to change without notice.

· For the DigitalPhone Basic Unlimited plan, long distance in excess of the industry-standard, typical monthly residential usage (which is presumed to be up to 2000 minutes) will be deemed as non-residential usage (business) and billed at 6 cents per minute, commencing upon the second occurrence of overage.    

· For all rate plans, there is an industry-standard one-time-only activation fee of $25.00, changed to your credit card upon subscription.

· The required phone adapter will be supplied at no-cost with a one year commitment to the DigitalPhone Basic Unlimited plan.  If this commitment is not met, your credit card will be charged $75.00 to cover the cost of the adapter.  A subscriber may forgo the one year commitment by purchasing the required phone adapter for $75.00 at the time of service subscription.

· For all plans other than the DigitalPhone Basic Unlimited plan, the cost of the required phone adapter is $75.00, and will be charged to your credit card, along with your first month’s service.  There is no commitment required with DigitalPhone Basic 200 or 200 VM plans.     

· DigitalPhone adapters will be shipped directly to your US mailing address; and may be new or refurbished.

· Plan rates do not include required broadband internet service nor, do they include necessary hardware (unless specified).

· We offer a money-back guarantee if you terminate your service within 30 days from your subscription date.  This guarantee does not apply to any charges for domestic or international usage, calls to payphones, directory assistance or taxes paid.  We must receive your phone adapter in original condition including all cables and packaging within 30 days of subscription to qualify; and you must obtain a return authorization number and pay all shipping costs on returned equipment.

· DigitalPhone 911 dialing may differ from “traditional” 911 landline services.
